Returns & Shipping

Shipping will be a flat rate, but free for customers who spend $80 USD or more. Shipping is out of New Jersey. Please allow 5-10 days for processing and shipping.

Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. Returns are eligible for store credit or original payment method.  We are unable to accommodate exchanges for any purchases at this time. Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. To initiate a return, please email your order # and item(s) you wish to return to hello@shopfreshjasmine.com  We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form.
